Job Description
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather refine and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives
- Work closely with product owners development teams QA engineers and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows user stories and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources reconcile conflicts decompose highlevel information into details abstract up from lowlevel information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from underlying real needs
- Conduct demo meetings to show delivered value
- Prepare user manuals for end users
Qualifications :
- Basic knowledge of APIs
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction
- Strong understanding of iterative ways of working especially Scrum
- Expertise in user story creation and decomposition
- Basic proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and overall business operations to ensure alignment between technical solutions with organizational needs
- Good spoken and written English
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience working with ERP systems
