Who We Need on Our Team
As a Project Manager/Scrum Master you will be a part of the Analytics team responsible for the design and production of one of EXP.O NOWs key functional areas. The Analytics team is focused on the launch of a modern cloudbased business intelligence solution leveraging Microsoft Power BI embedded in the EXP.O NOW platform providing insights that empower customers to manage their supplychain more effectively.
The Project Manager plays a key role working within a collaborative and highfunctioning agile development team building a customerfacing analytics tool. The Project Manager will take on the role of Scrum Master for the Analytics Team and work collaboratively with the Product Owner and Product Manager.
The Project Manager will communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the PI (Program Increment) maintain and execute the PI Plan help raise awareness and mitigate risks. They will facilitate daytoday activities of the Analytics Team for the duration of the Program Increment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enable Agile SAFe and Scrum principles at the team level.
- Enable and drive crossteam coordination risk management dependencies and at a program level.
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies.
- Assist in executing the Analytics Program plan.
The ideal candidate for this role Is an experienced Scrum Master who knows how to navigate the SAFe context and is comfortable with agile principles while acting as a Project Manager.
The Project Manager will be spending their time in a teamlevel Scrum Master setting helping lead the Analytics team in Scrum ceremonies adhering to agile principles and providing team level leadership.
As the Project Manager for the Analytics team you will be responsible for collaborating with the Product Owner and Product Manager to help execute on the Analytics vision and will be working to ensure timely communication with the rest of the EXP.O NOW Program on the status of the Analytics project.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Enable agile SAFe and Scrum principles at the team level.
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Review Retrospectives).
- Act as a servant leader helping the team remove impediments and continuously improve.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that embraces Agile best practices.
- Track and report team metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Adapt sessions each Program Increment.
This position is onsite and will reside in the greater Seattle WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Qualifications :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in related field (project management software development etc).
- 5 years of experience as project manager or scrum master.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Proficiency and demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master with scrum/agile and kanban methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager on technical projects in the IT industry.
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to successfully navigate and execute with ambiguous requirements in stressful situations.
- Skilled problem solver strong collaborator and able to provide organization and clarity around complex topics.
- Assertive personality action and outcomedriven mentality.
- Wellorganized with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with application lifecycle management and Analytics/Business Intelligence.
- SAFe certifications (SAFe Scrum Master).
- Experience with largescale Agile initiatives.
- Experience with workshop facilitation (e.g Design Thinking Liberating Structures).
- Proficient with ADO (Azure DevOps).

Additional Information :
Expected base salary: $90000 to $140000
