Job Description
Central Coast Home Healthis a fastgrowing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking afulltime LVNto join our team for theSan Luis Obispo Coast Territory.
The regular work schedule is MondayFriday (generally 8 to 5PM) with a weekend rotation.
Requirements:
Current California LVN license
Must be IV certified
Minimum one 1 year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN)work experience
Reliable vehicle to drive for work
Current Drivers License and maintenance of a clean driving record
Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
Current approved health care provider CPR Certification
Home Health experience is a plus

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $35.00$45.00 per visit. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience location and years of experience.
