Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Associate Business Development for the Pharmaceuticals sector. This is a fulltime midlevel position based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities fostering client relationships and developing strategic sales plans.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated capability in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and expectations.
  • Indepth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong business acumen to understand and respond to business challenges and opportunities.
  • Outstanding presentation skills to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Effective strategic planning abilities to align business development activities with company objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve set targets.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase our value proposition.
  • Monitor analyze and report on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and networking activities to stay updated on market trends and expand business networks.
