Job Description
- Develops and manages strategic relationships with stakeholders across the hospitality sector.
- Identifies and pursues new project opportunities ensuring McWane products are specified early in the design process.
- Collaborates crossfunctionally with sales marketing and engineering teams to effectively meet customer needs.
- Maintains indepth knowledge of construction cycles market trends and industry shifts to inform strategic decisions.
- Represents McWane Plumbing Group at trade shows networking events and other key industry functions.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales and growth objectives within the hospitality vertical.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales construction products or the plumbing industry is preferred.
- Possesses a strong understanding of hospitalityrelated construction and renovation cycles.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of building and maintaining longterm business relationships.
- Exhibits exceptional communication presentation and project management skills.
- Willing and able to travel as required to support national business development initiatives.
- Holds a bachelors degree in Business Marketing Construction Management or a related field.
