Job Description
As Senior Data Analyst you will play a critical role in Guidehealths mission to improve healthcare for all by supporting the data needs of our clinical operational and leadership teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements for reports and analyses and determining the best way to address those requirements. You will have access to a wide array of data sources from traditional healthcare systems to AIbased agents to develop effective and incisive analyses and reports. And you will have the opportunity to present your work to internal and external audiences to drive effective decision making. And your contributions to Guidehealths datadriven clinical programs will have the potential to positive impact the lives of all the individuals we serve today.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Capturing and refining the analytic requirements of our colleagues and partners identifying the best way to meet these needs
- Developing and delivering analyses to both internal and external clients.
- Providing thoughtful exploration of our considerable data platform and new datasets.
- Presenting exciting and meaningful insights to peers and customers that could positively impact the lives of patients and clients.
- Identifying ways to use our data to improve our processes communication and reporting.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOULL NEED TO HAVE
- 3 years experience developing analytics using healthcare data including claims and administrative data electronic medical record (EMR) data operations data and other clinically relevant public and private information.
- Expert level experience in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in SQL with demonstrated experience developing complex queries for production environments and ad hoc testing.
- Experience using data visualization tools for development of clientfacing or productionlevel visual reports; examples include AWS QuickSight Tableau PowerBI and programming languages like R and Python.
- Able to create comprehensible and actionable presentations both written and visual that can inform internal and external clients of both outcomes and their application in the audiences environment.
- Able to work in a fullyremote environment while establishing rapport and understanding with coworkers and clients.
- Able to travel including overnight travel approximately 10
WHAT WED LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE
- Experience performing medical economics analysis and generating executivelevel and detailed reports on processes performance and outcomes.
- Familiarity with ValueBased Care concepts like quality improvement utilization management and risk adjustment.
- Experience using population health tools like Arcadia Milliman or Innovacer.
- Experience using Jira or equivalent task management tools to coordinate activities among a multiperson team.
- Experience using source control software (e.g. GitHub CVS Subversion) throughout a software development lifecycle for production.
- Fluency in a highlevel programming language like Python PySpark or R.
- Experience applying CI/CD methodologies in a development environment.
- Experience using AWS tools to accelerate and automate analyses and presentations.
Additional Information :
The salary range for this role will depend on the background and experience of the individual ranging from $95000 to $105000 per year.

COMPENSATION:
The listed compensation range listed is paid biweekly per our standard payroll practices. Final base pay decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include but are not limited to: skill set years of relevant experience education location and licensure/certifications.

REMOTE WORK TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Guidehealth is a fully remote company. We provide new employees with the necessary equipment to function in their role at no charge to the employee. Employees provide their own internet connection capable of conducting video calls on camera and connecting to various internal and external systems. The recommended internet speed is a minimum of 50 mbps download 10 mbps upload.
