Management Consultants mfd for our International Business Transformation team in Munich Dsseldorf or Hamburg

We are looking for motivated individuals with a businessowner mindset to join our growing International Business Transformation team as management consultants.

What you will do

In this role you will help us drive endtoend business transformations and tackle key CEO challenges either in our Copenhagen office or in one of our German offices in Hamburg Munich and Dsseldorf.

As a management consultant in this team you will work on diverse international projects and get handson experience with various aspects of largescale business transformations. Your role will typically include:

• Supporting the design and implementation of comprehensive transformation projects working with stakeholders at all levels
• Assisting in client workshops to generate insights identify opportunities and secure stakeholder buyin
• Conducting indepth analytical research by building hypotheses and testing key strategic factors
• Developing highquality deliverables and presenting findings along with actionable recommendations to clients
• Participating in business development activities including sales and marketing efforts

What you will bring

We are looking for individuals who have 24 years of experience strong analytical skills and a background in business strategy innovation or transformation. On top of that we would prefer if you:

• Hold at least one relevant masters degree with excellent results (business economics engineering) or have a couple of years of relevant experience in the industry or consulting world
• Have experience in the following types of assignments: transformation (strategy design and implementation) project management of large transformation programmes restructuring big scale transformations tournaments etc. 
• Are eager to create results and thrive on taking a collaborative approach to driving change
• Have strong analytical skills and are motivated by finding solutions to complex problems
• Have great communication skills and are fluent in English. French is a big plus
• Willing to travel regularly and internationally 
• Would like to be part of an amazing team with a unique collaborative culture
