You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe IT Product Owner serves as the strategic leader for one or more product areas acting as a catalyst between business goals and technical . They are responsible for defining the product vision prioritizing the backlog overseeing development stages and ensuring the final product delivers value to the company.
If the role applies to the Internal products (Internal Tech projects) then the IT Senior Product Owner will also ensure the SOX controls related to business analysis processes are designed implemented and performed in accordance with prescribed SOX requirements. All these need to be delivered in a timely manner and they should be thoroughly documented. The IT Senior Product Owner will have internal controls responsibilities in accordance with Endavas SOX compliance programme and will ensure direct reports who contribute to SOX controls processes are informed and knowledgeable about their SOX tasks.
Qualifications :
Extensive knowledge in Oracle Fusion and/or knowledge of Financial process flows.
Proficient in managing financial related requirements mainly linked to Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion.
Plans and drives scoping requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large complex initiatives. Selects adopts and adapts appropriate requirements definition and management methods tools and techniques. Contributes to the development of organisational methods and standards for requirements management. Obtains input from and agreement to requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders. Negotiates with stakeholders to manage competing priorities and conflicts. Establishes requirements baselines. Ensures changes to requirements are investigated and managed.
Expert in
Applying techniques that help investigating analysing modelling and recording a business area or system of interest.
Proficient in
Understanding and application of different development approaches e.g. iterative/ incremental methodologies (Agile SCRUM)
Proficient in
Agile culture such as; ceremonies StandUps Sprints and Retrospectives; and the deployment of tools and techniques such as Backlogs and A/B Testing.
