People & Organization at PwC Poland is made up of group specialists. We aid PwCs customers in any challenge related to managing companies most vulnerable asset the people who make them up. We cover a wide range of services from formal issues to implementing organizational transformation to managing teams and creating a friendly and stimulating workplace. We work with customers from Poland and abroad. We also support PwC teams in Poland and abroad.
We are looking for:
Workforce Transformation Consultant
Working on the Workforce Transformation projects with particular focus on Change Management
Being part of implementation of the new technologies aligning Change Management with the business priorities
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of the change process and plan
Develop proper communication strategies to inform and empower the impacted audience to adopt workforce transformation and influence organizational behavior change and compliance
Identifying monitoring and reporting any risks or issues that arise during the implementation of the plan
Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders for communication strategies
Provide strategic direction for training content and topics
Consult and provide input on product roadmaps
Advise on the timing of solution deployment to align with key business cycles and other communication efforts
Direct cooperation with clients from Poland and abroad (legal financial commercial etc. and other PwC teams.
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with implementation of the HR technologies with change management practices and instructional design methodologies
Knowledge of emerging technologies with the ability to translate technical language into effective communication
Expertise in business partnering and consulting to understand client need
High effectiveness at building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Can do approach and proactivity in anticipating needs and leading with recommendations
Excellent written and verbal Polish and English communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and simply.
