Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Club Manager to lead our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness thrives in a leadership role and has a knack for building strong relationships with members and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daytoday operations of the club
Lead mentor and develop staff members
Drive membership sales and retention strategies
Ensure the club meets Anytime Fitness standards of excellence in service and cleanliness
Foster a positive and inclusive club culture
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a management role preferably in the fitness industry
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus
