The Service excellence team is a part of the Common Shared Services organization and supports multiple functions (including Finance SCM HR Operations and Trade Transport and Logistics amongst others). As Process Automation AI Specialist within the Business Process Automation team you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enabling the CSS functions to deliver their services with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business processes designing solutions developing maintaining and controlling of business process automations in finance supply chain management and human resources domains.

• Identifying new process opportunities assessing automation feasibility simplifying the processes designing process automation solutions in accordance with standard design principles.

• Lead the design development and implementationof RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholdersto understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Coordinate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.

• Develop and execute test plansto ensure the quality and functionality of RPA solutions.

• Perform code reviewsand ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issuesthat arise during development testing and production.

• Stay updated with the latest RPA technologiesand industry trends to continuously improve RPA solutions.

• Identify and implement process improvementsto enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of RPA solutions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists software engineers and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

• Project Management: Oversee the project lifecycle from research and development to deployment and optimization.

Your Background:

• Bachelors degree in business Information Systems or a related field.

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or an Automation Developer with at least 6 years focused on automation projects involving RPA and Machine Learning technologies.

• Extensive expertise with Automation Anywhere IQ BOT and Machine Learning frameworks.

• Extensive expertise in designing solutions that address business requirements.

• Expertise in implementation of Machine learning algorithms using Python.

• Experience of design and implementation of crosstechnology integrated solutions.

• Extensive experience of working with inhouse and external developers.

• Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
