Could you be the fulltime onsite Product Industrialization Manager in Plattsburgh NY US were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial engineering expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside innovative driven and collaborative teammates. Youll lead the charge in streamlining our manufacturing processes ensuring that industrial requirements are seamlessly integrated into product design from the getgo. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Production R&D) coordinate complex coengineering activities and much more.
Well look to you for:
Making sure that Industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account by Engineering
Preparing for the introduction of new technologies with an associated process validation plan
Setting up and monitoring the Industrialization Work Package budget
Setting up the industrialization planning including all activities and milestones
Monitoring coengineering activities and animating ICONE workshops
Building the plan for tooling and specific manufacturing equipment
Contributing to the development of the Industrial Management Plan (IMP).

Degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex industrial/manufacturing projects
Familiarity with mechanical/electrical work in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to design and implement industrial processes
Capability to oversee project budgets and timelines
Knowledge of crossfunctional team leadership
Adept at continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
