Job Description
As an Expert you will align technology with business strategy working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze design and/or implement technology SAP best practices business changes to achieve defined business goals. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing valueadding consulting solutions that enable our Clients / Team to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Highly articulate with the ability to engage across all levels of the business and teams both internally and externally.
Strong business process knowledge in accounting finance and controlling.
Strong Knowledge of FICO integration with MM SD PP and PS is a must. Work experience in handling accounting / costing functions for manufacturing companies preferably.
Experience on S/4 HANA in Public cloud and understanding of Model Company Codes is a must. Well versed with S/4 HANA Public Cloud architecture and have handson experience in green field and / or brown field implementations. Knowledge of SAP Central Finance must.
Experienced in leading customer workshops requirement elicitation and business blueprinting
Knowledge with design/configuration and testing for core FICO areas like GL AP AR Bank Fixed Assets CCA PCA COPA COPC ML Tax BTP Fiori apps.
Experience with designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP & NonSAP systems. Extensively worked on RICEFW objects with rich knowledge of SAP tables AIFBADI BDCs and OSS notes & familiarity with Customer influence portal.
Good Knowledge in Cutover strategy Testing and Migration are mandatory.
Experience working on new rollouts with Country specific local legal requirements pertaining to North America APAC EMEA (Tax Accounting Standards). Experience with Tax Engine and its integration with SAP. Good understanding of integration points of tax within Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
Exposure to at least one of the following:
o Complex make to order scenarios with and without variant configuration
o Engineer to order scenarios with Project Systems
o Material LedgerActual Costing or Parallel Valuation
Been part of business analytics and / or process automation projects. Involved in one Finance Transformation engagement.
Well experienced in handling / building Bidding & Proposals customer demos sale collaterals and gotomarket strategies.
Involvement in POCs building new competencies reusability quotient content reviews etc.
Skills on mentoring training knowledge sharing aspects as part of associate / team engagement
Very good Communication (verbal & written) Presentation skills and proper email etiquette.
Experience
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience as SAP FICO functional consultant and minimum 4 years of domain experience in Finance area.
Minimum two end to end implementation in S/4HANA public cloud 2 rollout projects and support project experience in Financials with team handling skills and experience in leading business blueprint workshops and solutioning.
Has worked in at least 1 CFIN implementation and / or completely familiar with the CFIN architecture
Should have worked in complex business implementation with overall 2 end to end Implementations Global Template Rollouts Transformation and Upgrade projects.
Project experience outside India. Effectively collaborate with onshore or offshore team for delivering solutions.
Qualifications:
Candidate should be a Qualified Chattered Accountant (CA) or Management Accountant (CWA/CIMA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA Finance)
Certification in SAP FI/CO and / or S/4HANA Financials
Certification in New Age Technologies like Analytics AI/ML Automation (preferred)
Possess Skills in Niche areas such as FSCM / Treasury / SAC / BPC / ACR / GRCPC etc. will be an additional benefit.
