Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Singapore
THE MISSION
Ready to keep the heart of Mamas kitchen running smoothly and sparkling clean Were looking for a Stewarding Supervisor to lead our backofhouse team ensuring topnotch hygiene safety and seamless operations at Mama Shelter Singapore!
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Youre the hygiene guru mastering all health & safety regulations and ensuring were HACCPcompliant at every turn.
- Keep breakages in check and give feedback to reduce losses. Mamas dishes deserve it!
- Control costs like a pro to keep things smooth and flexible.
- Assisting the Chief Steward/Chef take charge of stewarding operations from staffing to ensuring a clean and organized backofhouse all while providing friendly and professional service.
- Be handson during busy times assisting your team and leading by example.
- Stay on top of inventories managing all equipment and supplies so everythings ready when its needed.
- Coordinate daily with the kitchen and F&B teams making sure clean and dry equipment is always available.
- Oversee the night cleaning and ensure the highest standards are met across all areas.
- Collaborate with the Chef and Hygiene Manager to ensure were always in tiptop shape.
- Handle guest and employee inquiries with warmth professionalism and a smile.
- Lead your team with training feedback and mentorship creating a positive environment where everyone can thrive.
