Job Overview
We are seeking a MidLevel Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 4 to 6 years of work experience for a fulltime position based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Discrete Manufacturing and endtoend full life cycle implementations. This role involves working closely with clients to streamline their supply chain processes using Oracle Fusion applications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with a strong focus on supply chain management.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in Discrete Manufacturing (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in endtoend full life cycle implementations (Mandatory skill).
- Indepth knowledge of functional consulting and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Proficient in supply chain documentation and process mapping to ensure comprehensive coverage of client requirements.
- Strong problemsolving skills to address complex SCM issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities.
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules specifically focusing on discrete manufacturing processes.
- Conduct endtoend lifecycle implementations including requirements gathering configuration testing and postimplementation support.
- Create detailed documentation of business processes configurations and deliverables to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to clients on Oracle Fusion SCM best practices enhancements and process improvements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment of functional and technical specifications ensuring seamless integration.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for endusers to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency of implemented solutions making recommendations for future improvements.
