The Senior Electrical Engineer will provide leadership and creativity in exploration design development optimization and implementation of processes and systems as a member of the Maumelle Plant Asset team.
In this role you:
Leads projects up to $10M from conception to commercialization and supports larger projects as part of a team.
Works under the guidance of Asset Team Leader or mill leadership.
Provides leadership in designing developing and optimizing Coform and converting equipment/processes.
Builds expertise in engineering analysis and project management offering advice to others.
Ensures safety in all responsibilities aligning with codes policies and guidelines.
Promotes operator maintenance and personnel wellbeing.
Identifies and resolves complex problems including root cause analysis.

In one of our professional roles youll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety mutual respect and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited College or University.
4 years of experience in plant or staff engineering assignments.
Experience with manufacturing control systems such as: PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers); variable speed motor drives; HMI (Human Machine Interfaces) distributed control systems; instrumentation; power distribution
Expertise in Electrical Engineering with a demonstrated ability to translate that knowledge into of process and capacity improvements in capital or expense projects.
A demonstrated ability to perform in crossfunctional teams to achieve project results within required timeframes.
Specific in depth technical knowledge and expertise in Coform manufacturing or converting processes preferred.
Experience working with external technical service providers preferred
Familiarity with machine installations and startups preferred.

Salary Range: $106000 $130000 USD
At KimberlyClark pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve thrive and grow. Along with base pay this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite including our 401(k) and ProfitSharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as location role skills performance and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
KimberlyClark will support incountry relocation for the chosen candidate for the role. The benefits provided will be per the terms of KimberlyClarks applicable mobility policies.The benefits/policy provided will be decided at KimberlyClarks sole discretion.
