Join our team as a Procurement Risk Management Analyst !
Are you ready to make a significant impact in procurement risk management As a Procurement Risk Management Analyst youll be at the forefront of supplier risk analysis audit management and operational excellence. Your role will be pivotal in identifying gaps driving metrics and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a robust supply chain.
What Youll Do:
- Assess Supplier Risks: Utilize cuttingedge tools to evaluate supplier risks and keep metrics updated.
- Lead Operational Reviews: Drive regular meetings with stakeholders and participate in leadership reviews.
- Ensure Timely Updates: Manage open actions and review decks with precision.
- Support Risk Assessments: Handle supplier risk assessment requests and user queries with expertise.
- Manage Audits: Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Update Processes: Keep process documents maps and procedures current and effective.
- Analyze Reports: Dive into financial and risk assessment reports to identify risk drivers and present summaries.
- Develop Training: Create training materials and conduct sessions for end users.
- Drive Improvements: Lead process enhancements and strategic projects including ESG initiatives.
What We Need:
- Experience:Minimum 3 years in Risk Management
- Education:Bachelors degree preferably in Finance Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Knowledge:Basic knowledge of reading & interpreting company financial statements: Balance Sheet Cash Statement is added plus
Strong understanding of procurement compliance and risk management principles
Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency.
