The opportunity

You will be part of a dynamic team of professionals working for international clients. By cooperating closely with software designers developers testers and other specialists you will be able to develop your technical software testing skills and build a better working world.

Your key responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the test processes at the production team level.
• Leading testers to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of effective testing practices.
• Collaborating with stakeholders throughout all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from approach to risk management to achieve project and client objectives.
• Completing assigned tasks on time and providing regular status updates.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Experience and willingness to lead test efforts going beyond test automation tasks
• Experience in Financial industry
• 37 years experience in Test Automation
• Proven experience in building and managing test automation frameworks from scratch (design test automation architecture)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices testdriven development (TDD) and behaviordriven development (BDD)
• Expertise in test automation tools and languages (e.g. Selenium Cypress Appium Python JavaScript etc.
• Good programming knowledge in c# and Java
• Experience with database concepts and query languages (SQL NoSQL)
• Experience with integrating test automation code with test management tools
• Ability to guide and support other test automation engineers
• English skill enabling to communicate in teams distributed across the world (B2
• Ability to occasionally travel to the clients location

Ideally youll also have

• ISTQB Foundation
• Experience with managing test and test management tools (Azure DevOps jira CI/CD TDD BDD)
