Federally Qualified Health Center is looking to hire a Family Medicine Physician to work in Brawley CA 1.5 hours from Palm Springs CA

Expectations for new Provider: Family Medicine
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Ideal candidate will have strong work ethic outstanding clinical skills and strong desire to serve the medically underserved
- 1822 patient/day
- Monday Friday 8 hour shift. No weekends and no on call
- We currently have two midlevel FM we also have Peds WH BH that work at least 1 to 2 days per week.
- Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic outstanding clinical skills and strong desire to serve the medically underserved patient population
- Provides highest standard of outpatient medical care to patients. Including examination diagnosis treatment and rehabilitation.
- Responsibility for all his activities.Including accurate charting good documentation of history physical findings and assessment and treatment plans; and keeps track of all seriously ill patients this physician sees.
- Responsible for proper case management for patients with chronic conditions.
- Arranges timely consultations with specialists when needed by the patients.
- Knowledge and implementation of communitybased patientcentered medical home (PCMH) process with appropriate coordination of care.
