Job Description
Our client is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development and we are growing quickly. They are looking for a Jr. Program Analyst to support one of our government clients.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist the Program Manager with management and oversight of program objectives
- Assist the coordination of conferences demonstrations expositions events meetings technical reviews etc.
- Maintaining briefings; and assisting in coordinating input for data calls such as budget exhibit submissions congressional requests for information and budgetary drills.
- Assist in developing and maintaining key documents and master plans that incorporate all relevant studies and analyses.
- Support technical management of programs including acquisition plan development representation of the government project manager where required and assessment of performance in terms of technical objectives costs and schedule.
- Support the management and of programs by updating Task Planning Sheets Mission Model Canvas sheets quad sheets Fact Sheets and drafting portfolio review slides
- Assist in the development of databases for technical and programmatic tracking of key deliverables and milestones.
- Assist in the preparation of program status reports and afteraction reports following major program reviews or key events as required.
- Support preparation of draft briefing materials meeting/trip agendas reports correspondence and action item tracking.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- Education Credit: A masters degree from an accredited college or university with 3 years of experience
- Five 5 years of experience in engineering mathematics or science including biology chemistry computer science and physics.
- Recent experience (last 5 years) in federal acquisition and budgeting.
- Experience in executing and reviewing technical studies analysis and design activities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD RDT&E program/budget exhibits & RDT&E strategic plans.
