Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an Echo Technologist who will embrace our mission to extend Gods care through the ministry of physical mental and spiritual healing.

As an Echo Technologist you will:
Prepare for examinations by checking equipment and inventorying and restocking supplies
Answer patient questions about examination
Prepare patients by positioning patient; attaching electrodes to chest and equipment; and adjusting equipment controls
Record examination information by printing graphics and data
Protect patients by adhering to safety policies and protocols
Maintain patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Recognize abnormal EKG patterns and alert physicians and appropriate staff as needed

Qualifications Include:
High School Diploma or GED required
Graduate of an accredited cardiac ultrasound program preferred
1 year scanning experience preferred
Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
RDMS certification within one year of hire preferred

Work Schedule:

This is a per diem position with a rate of $43/hour.

Every other weekend 2 10hour day shifts hours can vary)
