Assessment Coordinator Test Coordinator (Wilsonville)Job Description:
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the correctional system Do you have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail The Oregon Department of Corrections is seeking a Test Coordinator to oversee a comprehensive admission orientation and coordinate the intake and assessment process for both male and female Adults in Custody (AICs).
In this role you will administer intake assessments collect and compile detailed offender information and ensure accurate custody classification and criminogenic risk assessments. Your work will directly support intake counselors in developing individualized correctional plans that address risk factors and prepare AICs for successful reentry. Additionally you will collaborate with multiple correctional sections ensuring compliance with policies and procedures related to intake assessments.
This position is represented by American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). This position may be eligible for Police & Fire (P&F) benefits through Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) as defined by statute.
Six 6 months of experience administering scoring and maintaining test result records of psychological tests such as aptitude personality and intelligence tests;
OR
nine term 6 semester) hours of counseling or educational psychology measurement courses.
All employees are required to use a computer for electronic mail and related the AICs work systems in the regular performance of their duties. Daily use of computers for extended periods of time is normal. Overtime when required is mandatory. Some travel and use of a state car may be required including occasional instate and outofstate overnight travel.

The salary range listed above is for nonPERS qualifying applicants. PERS qualifying applicants may be eligible for an adjusted range to reflect an additional 6.95.

The successful candidate for this position must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprintbased background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Due to CJIS requirements related to system access there may be some felony convictions that could disqualify you for this position.
