We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Multitrade plumber on a 1month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 22.41 28.62 per Hour
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multitrade Plumber to carry out a wide range of building repairs maintenance and renewals. This includes routine and emergency reactive repairs across multiple sites as well as scheduled repairs and refurbishment work on occupied and void housing properties and other premises.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out plumbing and multitrade repair and maintenance tasks across various properties.
- Deliver all works to a high standard ensuring quality safety and customer satisfaction.
- Work on both reactive (emergency and routine) and programmed works.
- Complete all tasks efficiently and in line with best trade practice and current regulations.
- Ensure all work is completed Right First Time to reduce repeat visits.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience as a qualified plumber with multitrade repair skills.
- Knowledge of current regulations and standards within the trade.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
- Strong commitment to health and safety and quality workmanship.
- Flexibility to work varying patterns to meet operational needs.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
