Instructional Designer
to design and storyboard highlevel elearning content based on business and learning needs. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Requisiti
We are looking for a candidate with the following knowledge skills and qualifications:
Experience working with elearning and blended learning programs webbased training development and asynchronous learning content.
Experience making elearning exciting fun and social.
Experience with current and emerging adult learning theory and how it is put into practice in corporate learning.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
Conceive design and develop training programs and materials utilizing the latest instructional and delivery methods.
Excellent written and verbal Italian skills.
Excellent written and verbal English skills. (Preferably English mother tongue or bilingual)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of Articulate and/or other elearning authoring tools.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
Good communication and presentation skills.
