Job Summary:Delivers exceptionally proficient and technically advanced nursing care to designated patients embodying the highest standards of professionalism. Administers direct patient care with a comprehensive approach that encompasses the nursing process involving assessment strategic planning meticulous implementation and thorough evaluation. Assumes a leadership role by skillfully directing and supervising fellow team members while fostering seamless collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the provision of agespecific and developmentally tailored care that aligns precisely with the established unit standards of excellence.
What Youll Need:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
- CNOR preferred
- Minimum of one year Operating Room experience or participation in a postgraduate program required.
- Refresher course required for nurses who have not worked in an Operating Room for five years or more.
