Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting sales efforts by designing and presenting technical solutions that align with customer needs in SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP architecture data migration and cloud storage solutions with strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Presales Support & Solution Design
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that demonstrate Archive360s capabilities in SAP environments.
- Provide architectural guidance on SAP data management archiving and migration strategies.
- Respond to technical inquiries RFPs/RFIs and customer concerns with detailed and accurate information.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with Archive360s roadmap and capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers providing expert guidance on SAP data management retention policies and compliance requirements.
- Assist customers in understanding the benefits of moving SAP workloads and archived data to the cloud.
- Conduct workshops and deepdive sessions to help customers evaluate and design the bestfit solution.
- Address technical objections and tailor solutions to customer pain points.
- Stay up to date with SAP technologies cloud storage trends and data governance best practices.
- Understand and articulate how generative AI and machine learning can enhance SAP data management automation and predictive analytics.
- Keep informed on AIdriven data classification automated archiving and intelligent search capabilities in SAP environments.
- Collaborate with marketing to create technical content whitepapers and webinars that highlight Archive360s SAPrelated and AIdriven capabilities.
- Provide feedback to product management on customer needs and industry trends to influence future product enhancements.
Technical Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience in SAP architecture presales or solution consulting.
- Strong expertise in SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW including data archiving and retention strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS Google Cloud) and their integration with SAP environments.
- Familiarity with SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and data migration best practices.
- Knowledge of compliance and governance regulations related to SAP data (GDPR SOX HIPAA etc..
- Experience in enterprise storage database management or related technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of generative AI trends and how AIdriven automation can improve data lifecycle management compliance and operational efficiencies within SAP environments.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think strategically about customer challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fastpaced environment.
