The Institutional Marketing Programs Manager will oversee the strategic planning and tactical of all marketing events and sponsorships for Neuberger Berman (NB)s North America Institutional business along with global coordination among our EMEA/LatAm and APAC Marketing teams. This individual will be responsible for fostering client engagement and elevating NBs brand through both proprietary events and industry conferences ensuring alignment of priorities to ultimately drive business results. The role will require collaboration with and visibility across the organization as well as strong project management skills; as such the ideal candidate is professional articulate highly organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
Drive NA Institutionals proprietary client events forums and roundtables partnering closely with Client Coverage to develop agendas secure speakers and manage client invitations and followups
Work closely with Events team to enhance the client experience and ensure logistics are executed appropriately
Track attendance and collect comprehensive feedback to inform forwardlooking planning
Manage NBs presence at industry events and institutional investor conferences across the US and Canada acting as main point of contact for third party organizers
Partner with EMEALA and APAC Marketing teams to inform and execute NBs global investor conference strategy
Build and maintain calendar of NB Executive Leaderships travel and speaking engagements in order to identify crosschannel/regional opportunities
Collaborate across the Marketing organization as needed to execute deliverables and promote initiatives
Qualifications:
Outstanding project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines
Collaborative working style focused on building relationships with partners
Professional client service manner ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management and adapt to business needs
Experience in asset management marketing sales or client service preferred; experience with institutional clients a plus
Bachelors degree in related field e.g.: marketing finance economics preferred

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $85000$115000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
