Job Description

Purpose

As part of a transition from a heavy client application to a web application we are seeking a UX intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for identifying UX improvements to ensure a smooth transition between the old and new frameworks. They will also propose optimizations for this transition while collaborating with the UX teams in France and the US.

Key Missions

  • Analyze user needs and current user journeys to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to propose innovative and effective UX solutions.
  • Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to illustrate proposed UX enhancements.
  • Participate in user testing and analyze feedback to refine UX recommendations.
  • Document UX recommendations and share them with the teams in France and the US.
  • Assist the UX team in implementing improvements and monitor their impact.

Profile & Other Information

  • Currently pursuing a degree in UX design interaction design or a related field.
  • Knowledge of UX design principles and prototyping tools (Sketch Figma Adobe XD etc..
  • Ability to analyze user needs and propose creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and French spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in UX through internships or projects is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with web frameworks and best practices for responsive design.
  • Experience with user testing tools (UsabilityHub UserTesting etc..
  • Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with remote teams.
