Job Summary: The Group Sales Executive will play a key role in generating revenue for the Atlanta Falcons by selling group tickets for all Atlanta Falcons games at MercedesBenz Stadium. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to grow their career in the sports industry. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively drive group ticket sales through outbound calls emails and inperson meetings
Educate potential buyers on seating options pricing and exclusive group benefits
Identify and selfprospect new group sales opportunities within assigned categories
Manage a diverse sales pipeline using CRM to ensure timely followups and conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize retention and referrals
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals (revenue and ticket quantity)
Assist in activating all group sales fan experiences on gamedays
Actively participate in ticketing meetings contributing insights and feedback to aid in team performance
Demonstrate a commitment to growth by taking on new responsibilities and striving to consistently be a top producer
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of one year of sales experience (sports or related industry preferred)
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of prospects
Positive teamfocused attitude with a competitive drive to succeed
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and collaborating with colleagues
Selfmotivated confident and capable of performing at a high level daily
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus
