Job Description
A leading retail company is looking for a Talented midlevel Data Scientist to join their team in Cape Town.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on engaging projects in this position which will include contributing to the definition and resolution of actual business problems by utilizing data and cuttingedge machine learning operational concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- To improve consumer engagement and sales methods create predictive models.
- Provide stakeholders and decisionmakers with clear and succinct communication of your observations and suggestions.
- Analyze vast and intricate data sets
- Keep up with the most recent data science approaches tools and trends
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree (Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Engineering or Operations Research)
- Minimum 35 years experience in Data Science
- A solid understanding of predictive Modelling and Machine learning
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Big Data Technology knowledge
- Problem Solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
