L3Harris in Tewkesbury (UK) Brisbane (Australia) and Palm Bay (Florida) forms our Intel & Cyber International (ICI) division.
In the land domain our T7 and T4 multimission robots deliver nextgeneration remote capabilities and uncompromised performance. We design and manufacture worldleading land force protection systems cyber and electromagnetic activities (CEMA) electronic warfare (EW) and encryption capabilities. Our cyber capabilities provide an information advantage in the fields of kinetic conflict cyber warfare force protection and counterterrorism.

- 3000 to 6000 DV Bonus please note this level of clearance isnt essential for this role. This bonus is subject to individual clearance and project requirements discussed upon application.

What the role will involve
The responsibilities of your role will include the following:
- Helping the businesses to identify track and enhance ICI capture activities in both campaigns and opportunities
- Measuring and monitoring the progress of the business plans aligned to the overall division and company growth agenda and helping to steer initiatives
- Conducting opensource analysis on market trends and competitor intelligence and communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Owing the pipeline CRM reporting tools management processes and analysis for the division
- Driving BD & Sales function information dashboards and reporting
- Supporting the development of best practice within the division to maximise opportunities
What youll bring
The role requires the following experience and skills:
- Understanding of the international Defence and Security Sector with 5 years experience
- Experience leading growth and improvement initiatives
- Experience in business analysis
- Experience in business performance analysis and reporting against KPIs/ ROI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to allow effective collaboration with both front end and technical staff and the ability to work across functions
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet team objectives and deadlines
- A continuous improvement mindset and a strive for excellence
- Ability to travel predominantly within the UK with some overseas opportunities
