Warehouse Team Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our M&S site in Milton Keynes. Youll support operational leaders with oversight of the team on a daytoday basis ensuring that all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner consistently achieving departmental KPIs.

This is a fulltime permanent position where youll be working an any 5 from 7 night shift pattern over an 8week rota. The hours of work will be 22:00 06:00.

Youll be paid a salary of up to 35670.96 per annum plus a night shift allowance of up to 6198 dependent upon shifts worked. What youll do on a typical day:

• Oversee the day to day running of the warehouse in your area youll lead motivate and develop your team to achieve targets whilst managing under / over capacity of work areas
• Lead on all people processes including welfare performance KPI management T&A coaching recruitment & selection appraisals and talent
• Proactively support the site and customers continuous improvement initiatives acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
• With good understanding of Health & Safety youll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings

• A proven track record at a similar level within a fastpaced warehouse environment
• The ability to effectively lead develop and motivate a team including deployment to meet changing priorities
• Excellent planning organisational and problemsolving skills
• Ability to interpret operational data with a good knowledge of KPIs
