Job Description
- Complete 156 hours of online classes with a minimum score of 70 within the designated timeframe of 6 months from enrolling in the program.
- Complete 1000 hours of onthejob training within 6 months.
- Actively participate in the onsite administrative and clinical training through preparation via use of training materials including textbook(s) policies and procedures etc.
- Openly accept feedback from administrative leaders mentors and coaches.
- Obtain a PPC recognized Medical Assistant credential at program completion (within 6 months from enrollment).
- Work fulltime as a Medical Assistant Apprentice until completion of Medical Assistant certification.
- Meet or exceed all standards of performance including time and attendance.
- Remain in good standing throughout the work commitment period.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must enter the program with the commitment of working as a Medical Assistant for two years upon receiving the certification.
