Position Summary
Hopkins Lacy islooking for helpers and experienced skilled trades workers with an interest in MEP commercial construction to become employee owners! Electricians Plumbers and Sheet Metal Mechanics are in high demand and we have enough work for you to build a great career with us!

Duties/Responsibilities
Depending on position duties could include some or all of the following:
- Follow all health and safety procedures on the job site
- Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
- Comply with all company OSHA or other relevant safety rules and regulations
- Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude
Qualifications
Depending on position duties could include some or all of the following:
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Basic computer skills with iPad and MS office experience
- MEP commercial construction experience preferred
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 24 years of prior relevant experience depending on the role
- Drivers License

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use their hands and fingers to handle feel or operate objects tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. They will need to stand (approximately 70 walk (approximately 20 and sit (approximately 10. The employee will also need to be able to climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl reach handle feel talk and hear. The employee will need to be able to carry up to 75lbs lift up to 100lbs and move up to 200lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision midrange vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a fulltime position which typically requires 40 hours per week.
