Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Elementary Educational Technician/Health Care Aid to join our team and provide support to students with academic and/or medical needs. In this role you will assist in the classroom setting by supporting students with their academic and functional progress as impacted by skills deficits and healthrelated needs. Responsibilities may include supporting academic progress reteaching managing medical needs providing assistance with daily tasks and working closely with teachers to ensure students success.Key Responsibilities:Assist students with accessing and making progress in the general education curriculumAssist students with executive functioning skills such as task initiation task completion movement breaks and emotional regulation.Assist students with medical needs and support their healthrelated requirements throughout the school day.Help students stay engaged in classroom activities and provide academic support as needed.Collaborate with educators and staff to implement individualized learning and care plans.
