Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Salesman to join a dynamic construction company in the TriState Area. The role involves identifying new opportunities to expand the business fostering strong client relationships and meeting sales targets. With a competitive weekly base and commission structure this position is ideal for a resultsdriven individual ready to contribute to the companys growth. Weekend availability is required to ensure comprehensive client support.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Present company services to potential clients showcasing solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve or exceed weekly sales goals.
- Be available on weekends to engage clients and close sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales ideally in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Location: TriState Area
Salary: $1000 weekly commission
