What youll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern North America Field Marketing
Location: Bellevue WA
Term: 6 months minimum 12 months maximum
Expected start date: September 2024
The North America Field Marketing organization at SAP is looking for our next intern and highpotential new talent! If youre a tenacious creative and enjoy dynamic and fastpaced environments then this role may be for you! Note: We are only able to consider candidates based in or around Seattle WA Atlanta GA and/or Newtown Square PA as well as Vancouver BC Canada.
- Assisting with the overall project management and of a variety of field marketing events both SAPhosted and 3rd party sponsored both physical and virtual events
- Assisting with the overall project management and of other field marketing campaigns related to tele paid media leadgeneration tactics customer communitybuilding programs and more
- Learning SAPs internal tools and processes to assist with campaign steps such as creating event invitations building event registration pages uploading interactions and responders postcampaign purchase order requests and more
- Design manage and send marketing newsletter updates to sales stakeholders
- Develop written communications for internal and external audiences
- Supporting a specific NA Marketing team based on geography SAP solution area industry and/or customer segment
- Interacting with subject matter experts related to SAP offerings including core ERP line of business applications mobility and/or business analytics
- Working with and managing agency resources for campaign
- Use SAP analytics tools to access analyze and report on results of marketing plans and tactics
- Develop research projects for topics such as competitor analysis market analysis and internal process improvement
What you bring
Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Ability to selflearn quickly ask questions and operate with autonomy within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word PowerPoint Excel Teams and SharePoint
- Project management and organizational skills preferably in marketing and/or event management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of tenacity attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Interest in Marketing particularly B2B marketing the technology industry and building a longterm career at SAP
- Recently earned a business degree with focus in Marketing or Communications
- Preference given to individuals with experience (employment or volunteer) in marketing sales and/or event management

The North America Field Marketing team is an organization within the Marketing & Solutions Board Area at SAP. As a field marketing organization we are on the front lines of customer interactions and build strong partnerships with our Customer Success (Sales) stakeholders. We bring local market expertise to the greater global marketing strategy to ensure we are always in tune on our customers needs.
While we are marketing tactics and plans consider the full customer journey we do not focus on digital marketing tactics as much as we do on direct customer touchpoints through hosted or sponsored events tele marketing campaigns online events/webinars and more.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 17.00 40.00 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidateswill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
