The outpatient Family Medicine Physician role at an Allina Health Clinic presents an opportunity to participate in a solid team environment resulting in the ultimate patient care experience. Key Position Details:
The Elk River clinic is searching for a Family Medicine Physician to join its team. Here you will be part of a 15 member team including the service line specialties of Medical imaging sports medicine and mental health services yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.
- 36 patient contact hours per week
- Minimal call coverage phone only RN triage support
- Outpatient practice providing care to all ages including growing families
- Clinic hours are MondayFriday: 7:30am5pm and closed SaturdaySunday

Located 35 miles Northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul Elk River offers a small town atmosphere with fast and easy access to the cultural and sporting events of the Twin Cities by Highwaysand Interstate 94. The Elk River community offers a public park and beach fishing boating canoeing hiking biking and cross country ski trails. Elk River is home to companies offering a variety of products and services including financial printing machine shops international services and much more. Job Description:
- Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and wellbeing.
- Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.
- Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care patient outcomes or workflows.
- May participate in peer review and quality assurance
Job Requirements
- MD DO or foreign equivalency training required
- BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
- Active nonrestricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges if applicable
- BLS Tier 1 Basic Life Support Multisource required within 180 Days

Pay Range
Pay Range: $266500 to $313500 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range assuming a fulltime FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to your experience education and the union agreement (if applicable).Benefit Summary
