Summary:
This Field Service Engineer will work and reside primarily in the RaleighDurham NC.area during trainingestimated 1218 months and for cotravel opportunitieswith up to 70 travel throughout the region providing service and support to Grifols customers onsite and by telephone.Upon completion of training work will continue in this area however this engineer MUST BE willing to relocate within the continental United States should a company need arise.A high sense of customer service and experience servicing electronic/electromechanical equipmentis required in this role. This Field Service Engineer works very independently and reports directly to the Regional Technical Support Manager. For this position onboarding & training will be conducted at our training facility in Research Triangle Park North Carolina.The engineer will work on our Immunohematology (IH) equipment and later on our Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) platforms.

Education:
Bachelors Degree Engineering Technical or related Scientific Discipline Equivalent Military education or Associates Degree with 2 years experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years experience servicing electronic/electromechanical equipment
Experience:
Equivalency:
Depending on the area of assignment directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements.
Example: If a job level requires a Bachelors degree plus 4 years of experience an equivalency could include 8 years of experience an Associates degree with 6 years of experience or a Masters degree with 2
years of experience.
