Job Description

Function:The English teacher will collaborate as a member of the high school team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Teach English content classes Collaborate and assist content teachers to include researchbased second language acquisition strategies in the content curriculum. Assists content teachers with appropriately accommodating materials and scaffolding core curriculum with researchbased second language acquisition strategies.Implement district initiativesParticipate in faculty meetingsMay have other responsibilities Perform other jobrelated duties that are assigned by the administration Qualifications::RIDE English 912 Certification
