Job Description
Are you an Inside Sales Representative looking to join an inhouse sales team who sells awardwinning products nationwide Ultradent a global name in oral health care is a good place for you!
We are currently seeking experienced talented Inside Sales Representative to work remotely (for the time being) for our inhouse sales team. The shift will be Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This position requires the representative to live within two hours of Ultradent for required onsite training that is held once a month. Pay starts at $22.25/hour
Following are the job responsibilities:
Manage high volume of customer service calls with a focus on sales
Selling to and educating customers on products through inbound calls
Providing technical support to customers on product related questions
Work closely with our outside sales force
Will be responsible for growing year over year sales
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Must be driven to meet company sales and customer service goals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
12 years of phone sales experience is ideal
Dental industry background is a plus
