RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team in Roodepoort. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee and enhance production processes within a fastpaced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and manage production teams ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the production area.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and improve workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations provide training and mentor production staff.
- Maintain accurate production reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Production Management Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning quality control and process improvement.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a highpressure environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in production settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
