Salary: Starts at $82000$92000 (dependent on experience)

What Youll Do:
- Design develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific clientneeds
- Supervise direct care staff (i.e.behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients
- Evaluate and update client progress reports via industryleading data collection software
- Participating in organizational improvements using OBM

Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Proven experience developing and implementing client programs (preferably in the ABA industry)
- Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training managing and supporting entrylevel direct care staff
- Must pass a criminal background check TB test and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV
