The MLS Data Entry Coordinator will assist coordinate revise and maintain MLS listings for homes upload/record keep appropriate documentation to the MLS SharePoint Site research and validate essential data to provide to the MLS Coordinators for new MLS listings Manage the PHBroker inbox participate in departmentwide projects and provide general support as needed to the MLS team. This individual will work closely with the Associate Marketing Manager of MLS MLS Coordinators Vice President of Customer Experience Regional/Divisional Marketing Managers Division Presidents Sales Professionals and other departments as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage PHBroker Inbox which includes sending and receiving emails in a timely manner upload applicable documents to MLS SharePoint Site (record keeping).
- Manage/Maintain current MLS listings for homes that include daily status changes price revisions photos uploads Virtual Tour uploads Matteport link uploads revising model home directions and phone numbers when applicable to current MLS listings for all markets details are a must in a timely manner.
- Confirm validate and research data utilizing various reports and websites for all new listing information to provide to MLS Coordinators.
- Monitor pricing and other listing information on a daily basis.
- Manage weekly Open House for all markets.
- Manage weekly Zillow report for all markets.
- Forward compliance notices to MLS Coordinators in a timely manner.
- Run and distribute monthly MLS reports to MLS Coordinators; may assist with revisions to current listings.
- Run weekly/monthly job scrub for all markets to confirm MLS listings are in compliance.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required 2 Year associates degree preferred.
- Requires at least 1 year of relevant MLS listing experience Real Estate experience considered a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Perry Homes Sales Professionals Division Presidents Regional/Divisional Marketing Managers and Realtors both verbally and in writing.
- Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
- Typing skills 4050 wpm).
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint.
