Quality Control Data Specialist Pharmacist

We have an opening for a Quality Control Data Specialist / Pharmacistat our research site in Walnut Creek CA! The Flourish Research Walnut Creek site formerly known as Diablo Clinical Research in Walnut Creek has proudly served the East Bay community for 30 years as a dedicated clinical research facility conducting Phase 13 trials with major pharmaceutical sponsors and biotech innovators.

Approximately 80 of the role involves reviewing clinical trial data source documents and informed consents for accuracy and compliance while 20 involves supporting pharmacy activities including investigational product oversight and protocol review. This position is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with strong attention to detail and an interest in clinical research.

Shift: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5 PM
Location:2255 Ygnacio Valley Road Suite M Walnut Creek CA 94598
Compensation: $40/hr $55/hr (depending on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Control & Data (Approximately 80:

• Conduct thorough and precise review of clinical trial data and source documentation across multiple therapeutic areas
• Perform data entry into multiple electronic platforms ensuring accuracy and protocol compliance
• Review protocols and informed consents for completeness and alignment with regulatory and study requirements
• Identify and report discrepancies or trends in data to the QC Manager and study team
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with coordinators regulatory staff and leadership to maintain study quality standards

Pharmacist Duties (Approximately 20:

• Review protocols and IP (investigational product) manuals for studyspecific drug handling requirements
• Oversee IP preparation sterile compounding storage and dispensing activities
• Administer study vaccines and investigational products per protocol
• Maintain inventory and prepare logs to ensure regulatory and audit compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree OR completing program in less than 3 months
• Valid Pharmacist license in State of California
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy(Clinical research experience preferred)
• Familiarity with medications medical terminology and diseases
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Experience working with digital data platforms and/or clinical trial management systems is a plus
• Positive attitude flexibility and strong work ethic
