Your Role at Sephora:
As a Senior Network Architect at Sephora you will be at the forefront of our network strategy driving the design and implementation of sophisticated scalable and secure network solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our multicloud strategy and ensuring our network infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Vision and Leadership:Lead the development and deployment of advanced network architectures ensuring alignment with Sephoras strategic goals and business objectives.
- Strategic Network Planning:Formulate and drive comprehensive network strategies focusing on scalability resilience and future growth.
- Performance and Optimization:Oversee continuous network performance evaluations implementing enhancements to maintain optimal performance reliability and availability.
- Security and Compliance:Establish and enforce rigorous security protocols and compliance standards safeguarding Sephoras network infrastructure.
- Technical Design Delivery:Produce highquality architecture artifacts including highlevel designs detailed roadmaps and thorough test plans.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration:Collaborate seamlessly with various technical and business teams translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Extensive Expertise:810 years of experience in designing deploying and managing complex network infrastructures across GCP Azure and onpremises environments.
- Cloud and Hybrid Environments:Proven track record of delivering solutions in hybrid multicloud and cloudnative environments.
- Advanced Technical Skills:Deep expertise in Palo Alto firewalls Cisco switches Aruba APs Clearpass F5 and advanced knowledge of Azure UDR BGP NSG ASG Vnets VNG ISE/ASE Databricks Redis and SDN.
- BGP Environment Mastery:Skilled in designing scaling and troubleshooting largescale BGP environments.
- Network Automation Proficiency:Extensive experience with network automation tools such as Terraform Ansible Jenkins and proficiency in scripting for network configurations and management.
- Leadership and Influence:Demonstrated ability to lead largescale network projects mentor team members and drive technological innovation within the organization.
The annual base salary range for this position is $174960.00 $216000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate nondiscriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
