Location: Wrocaw/Warsaw
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity
We are currently looking for Internal Auditor Supervising Associate candidate to start a demanding yet exciting journey and become a part of a team within Global Internal Audit. The Global Internal Audit team at EY is mandated to provide internal audit coverage to EY Member Firms across the globe. Your key responsibilities
As a part of a team you will act as General Auditor (Supervising Associate) in order to provide consistent high quality services to GIAs stakeholders.
- Act as a Team Leader/ Team Member on diverse portfolio of audits and shares responsibility with the Audit Leader for planning and delivering the audit.
- Assist the Team Leader in the of assigned audits; supervise the work of the audit team members during the various phases of the audit ensuring ongoing compliance with methodology and quality standards.
- Take responsibility for the of the assigned audit areas and deliver end to end responsibilities during an audit engagement.
- Collaborate with management on the audit issues to develop possible recommendations.
- Present findings and propose recommendations that deal with root cause of issues and impact to the organization.
- Coach junior team members and colleagues in the best use of EY and GIA methodologies and tools.
- Be able to manage client expectations in a highpressure changing environment while maintaining a calm professional working style.
- Prioritize work appropriately based on priorities and the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders to enable the delivery of exceptional service.
- Demonstrate efficiency and persistence managing own time and ensuring engagement deadlines and objectives are met.
- The role includes travel.
Skills and attributes for success
- Significant and concrete experience to manage and deliver an audit from planning to reporting
- Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives that drive performance
- CA/ MBA/ Post graduate with 46 years of postqualification relevant experience in Internal Audit/ SOX Compliance/ Risk Advisory in a consulting or multinational environment
- Professional certification (CIA CISA or equivalent) is preferred but not critical
- Ability to manage people in a way that inspires develops and delivers results
- Excellent communication skills oral and written
- Stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to foster teamwork and innovation amongst a diverse and sometimes virtual team
- Ability to travel
