We are seeking a motivated and skilled **Scrum Master / Systems Engineer** to lead agile processes and contribute to the design and development of efficient system solutions. In this role you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies remove impediments and ensure the team follows agile principles to achieve project goals. Simultaneously you will leverage your systems engineering expertise to analyze requirements design solutions and support the implementation of technical projects. - Facilitate daily standups and Scrum ceremonies
- Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements
- Develop and implement system solutions
- Identify and remove project impediments
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban)
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with systems analysis and design
- Ability to create and manage project documentation
- Familiarity with agile tools (e.g. Jira Trello)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
DESIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure)
- Familiarity with systems integration processes
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
- Certification in Scrum or agile practices (e.g. CSM SAFe)
- Proficiency in scripting or automation tools
