Job Description
Our client a global consulting firm is in need of an Oracle HCM Consultant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
High level experience with software such as Oracle HCM cloud Taleo Workday Success Factors or other HRIS systems
Proven track record implementing HCM solutions from a functional perspective with experience in any of the following modules: Core HR Benefits Compensation Talent Management Performance & Goals Management Time & Labor or Payroll
Experienced with project problem diagnosis solution development client communications facilitation of decision making documentation managing client expectations and team leadership.

- Oracle HCM Cloud Nice to have
- Oracle Fusion Nice to have
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) Nice to have
- Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Nice to have
- Oracle Talent Management Cloud Certified Nice to have
- Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist Nice to have
- Security Clearance Enhanced Reliability Nice to have
- Bilingual Fluent French/English Nice to have
