Description

Job Title: Seasonal Receiving Assistant

Reports to: Director of Purchasing

Rate: $15/hr

Hours: 2030 hours per week parttime

Timeframe: April September 2025

Medinah offers three worldrenowned golf courses and the highest quality facilities and familyoriented amenities to both its members and honored guests. This year we are celebrating our 100year anniversary with exciting events planned to celebrate our traditions and legacy. And in 2026 we are hosting the Presidents Cup a premier golf event between the United States and an International team that represents the rest of the world excluding Europe.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive all supply deliveries
  • Check deliveries for proper billing and/or damaged goods
  • Store and rotate deliveries
  • Clean coolers freezers and dry storage areas
  • Fill food and supply requisitions for all departments
  • Assist in coding invoices and distribution to the Director of Purchasing
  • Receive and ship merchandise from UPS FedEx and Federal Postal Service
  • Keep track and record inventory levels
  • Maintain current files of duplicate invoices and inventory sheets

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. or more on a regular basis
  • Must possess a positive teamfirst attitude desire to help others and have a strong work ethic
  • Ability to organize manage time multitask and problem solve
  • Willingness to assist other departments as necessary
  • Must be able to read and understand English
  • Must be able to work in hot or cold temperatures
